Screen the documentation for authenticity during the verification stage by using all our available software - training will be provided.

Monitoring of clients' documentation (Know Your Customer).

Assisting the Risk and AML departments with reviewing and monitoring all our accounts. Collaboration with other departments on verification tasks.

Meet tight deadlines and targets provide.

Provide prompt and knowledgeable assistance to clients regarding trading platform navigation, account management, and general inquiries related to Forex trading.

Offer technical support to clients experiencing issues with trading platforms, executing trades, or accessing market information. Troubleshoot and guide clients through common technical challenges.

Stay informed about market trends, currency pairs, and relevant financial news to effectively communicate market updates to clients. Assist clients in understanding market movements and potential impacts on their trades.

Assist clients with account-related tasks, including account verification, deposits, withdrawals, and margin requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Address and resolve client concerns or disputes in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance or trading operations, to investigate and resolve issues effectively.
